Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven track record of coaching and developing team members; ability to lead and coach a team effectively; strong organizational and multitasking skills; comfortable working in various kitchen environments and able to lift up to 50 pounds; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
