Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a back-of-house chef with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine; experience in recipe development and customer-facing roles is highly desirable. Skills: Excellent culinary skills with a creative approach to recipe development; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively engage with customers and present products. Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen. Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to visit customers and attend events.
