About: Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, a luxury hotel renowned in the hospitality industry, is seeking an AM Line Cook to join the Culinary Team at their exquisite property. With 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 unique food and beverage outlets including 2 Jean-Georges concepted restaurants, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Cook; proficiency in food preparation, adherence to quality standards, cleanliness, and food safety regulations; ability to manage guest orders efficiently; knowledge of menu items and food products; stock management; familiarity with food handling and storage procedures
