Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent working knowledge; one or more years of experience in production cooking; ability to learn and follow policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and perform basic math calculations; knowledge of food handling regulations and safety procedures; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within time constraints; familiarity with production and cleaning schedules, chemical safety, thermometer readings, and safety protocols
