About: Full-time Cook position available in the Dining Services department under the supervision of the Executive Chef. The role involves preparing food according to standards and policies to ensure quality food service is consistently provided.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 6 months to 1-year related experience training; ability to read and follow standardized recipes, check deliveries, serve meals, comply with standards, attend meetings, and perform cleaning tasks; food handler’s permit; ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use American units of measurement; must obtain Serv Safe certification within one year of hire; ability to lift and move various weights.
