About: New Castle Hotels and Resorts is looking for dedicated and passionate Cooks to join their culinary team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for guests by preparing delicious and high-quality meals according to established guidelines.
Requirements: Depending on the role, 1 year for Pantry/Prep to 5 years for Lead of prior cooking experience in a hotel kitchen or related field preferred with banquet, fine dining, and line experienced required for certain roles. Culinary training in a college setting is preferred. Must be able to perform medium work, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels, have near vision, move quickly and agilely, work long hours, multitask, possess good communication skills, and understand information and ideas in English.
