Position: Cook III – Sportsbook and Bar
About: A culinary establishment in Indiana is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Cook to join their team. The Lead Cook will be responsible for guiding and leading other cooks and kitchen employees, working closely with the culinary team, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and up to standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in a culinary role; ability to work independently and lead a team effectively; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards; familiarity with menu planning and ordering processes; skilled in a variety of cooking methods and techniques; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods; knowledge of Indiana Gaming regulations and company policies; must follow service standards and work varied hours including holidays and weekends.
