Position: Cook II Lead
About: Under the supervision of Dietary Services Director or Executive Chef, the role of our Lead Cook at St. Paul’s Towers is to prepare culinary delights for residents and execute the menu, ensuring high performance and guest satisfaction. The Sous/Lead Cook II is responsible for daily food preparation in the kitchen.
Requirements: Education with Equivalent Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree or 2 Years 2 years of related experience and/or training. Experience with Equivalent Qualifications: 2-4 years related experience and/or training; 3-6 months related experience and/or training. ServSafe or Equivalent Certification required.
