Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; have two years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking; demonstrate effective communication in English, verbally and in writing; maintain food handlers permit and required certifications; understand food safety procedures, sanitation, and storage techniques; meet state or provincial health-related requirements
