Position: Cook – $22.65/ HR To Start Mid February
About: gategroup is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in enhancing travel and culinary experiences. A Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking various food items according to recipes and leading cook production. The company values excellence, integrity, passion, and accountability in all employees.
Requirements: Culinary degree and/or cook certification preferred; at least 2 years of experience cooking in a high-volume institutional catering environment preferred; experience with maintaining temperature logs and recipe conversions; ability to handle various food products, knives, work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, work overtime when required, arrive on time, complete administrative duties, and comply with company policies.
