Position: Contract Meals Kitchen Manager – 12 month
About: This establishment is hiring a Manager to oversee the contract meal kitchen operations, including meal preparation, production, and distribution to various sites. The role involves managing kitchen staff, coordinating with the Contract Meal Manager, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. The position requires overseeing administrative duties, special diet preparation, and menu planning in collaboration with nutrition specialists. Additionally, the Manager will focus on sanitation, food safety, employee safety, training, and staff development within the kitchen environment.
Requirements: Minimum two-year associates or equivalent certification; six years of experience in food service; four years of supervisory or managerial experience; current Managers’ Servsafe certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days
