Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated construction Project Director to join their team. The Project Director plays a crucial role in estimating and closing sales, offering a starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to the role is preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth; Extensive Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; Must be able to attend Business Development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; Experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred; Strong written and verbal communication skills required; Strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration required; Strong business ethics, integrity, and the ability to perform in highly autonomous environments required; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
