Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is currently seeking a construction Project Director to join their team. This position offers a starting salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential. The role is a hybrid position reporting to the Little Rock office but allows for living in the Northwest or Central Arkansas area. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with proven sales growth; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; must attend business development networking functions; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; Xactimate and other estimating software experience preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of project management and financial processes; strong business ethics and integrity; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
