Position: Concierge Supervisor
About: The Concierge Supervisor is a guest-facing position at Caruso, responsible for leading a team of Concierge Ambassadors to deliver five-star services and exceptional guest experiences. The role involves managing guest feedback, ensuring seamless communication with Property Management, and fostering positive relationships with tenants and residents. The Supervisor also coordinates special events, oversees staff training, and upholds Caruso standards.
Requirements: High school diploma and three to five years of work experience, college degree preferred; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload; proficiency in Microsoft 365; willingness to work early mornings, late nights, and holidays; minimum of two years of hospitality experience; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a luxury environment with attention to detail and superb guest experience
