Position: Concierge RSR
About: Andersen Corporation, a leading manufacturer of windows and doors, is seeking a dedicated individual to provide signature service to homeowners, maintain homeowners’ job files, build strong relationships with homeowners, collaborate with retail service representatives and scheduling teams to facilitate the homeowners’ projects, and liaise with the sales concierge and manufacturing sectors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or homeowner interactions preferred
