Position: Concierge – Part Time
About: A high-rise residential community is looking for a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join their team. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, creating a welcoming and upscale experience with strong local area knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-related role preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities; self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
