We are seeking a Concierge to join this exceptional team!
Requirements: Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role preferred; One (1) to two (2) years working with seniors preferred; Ability to use independent judgment and discretion to make customer-centric decisions; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Confidence, patience, and efficient time management skills; Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and technology; Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; Creative problem-solving abilities; Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation; Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays; Professional appearance and punctuality
