Position: Concierge, Campus Services & Retail Operations
About: Cuyahoga Community College, located in District Administration, is seeking a candidate to provide direct customer service to guests, visitors, students, faculty, staff, and vendors on campus or in office buildings.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED and/or minimum of one year of customer service experience; experience in making sound decisions and problem-solving; basic knowledge of customer service concepts and practices; strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent communication skills; ability to work collaboratively and foster a team environment; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; sensitivity to the needs of a diverse population
