Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to provide accurate information on local attractions and services; strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds; previous experience in a similar role preferred
