Position: Concessions Cook
About: CHARLESTON PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL COMPANY, LLC is currently seeking a Concessions Cook to join their team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high food quality standards, portion control, and sanitation practices are maintained to meet guest satisfaction. This is a part-time seasonal position for the baseball season running from May through mid-September, with availability required for most games and events held at the facility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders; proficiency in English language; adept at working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment; possession of a valid food handling certificate if required by regulations; timely acquisition of Food Handlers Card
