Requirements: BA/BS in business, sales, or related field; successful supervisory experience; 3+ years’ experience in property management preferred; ability to build, lead, and serve on teams; strong marketing skills required; advanced mathematical skills and financial report analysis ability; strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Excel; superior interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service ability; strong time management and multitasking skills required; knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs preferred; demonstration of Bell Core Values
