Position: Community Manager
About: The Root is seeking a Community Manager to be the face of their Fayetteville location, responsible for creating a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging community. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, manage member relations, and facilitate events to promote connection and collaboration, contributing to the company’s growth and market leadership in Fayetteville.
Requirements: College graduate with a four-year degree preferred; customer service and sales experience required; familiarity with Coworking and Hospitality Industry considered a plus; project management and business operations experience required; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail; experience managing a team of more than two people; exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion; passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities; proficient in basic computer skills
