Position: Commissary Concessions Manager
About: The Hillsboro Hops, a single-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks located in Hillsboro, Oregon, approximately 15 miles west of Portland, are undergoing major construction of a new ballpark in partnership with the City of Hillsboro. The new venue is set to open in time for the 2026 baseball season, hosting a full season of High A baseball, concerts, community events, and more. With three Championship Titles since 2013 and the 2017 Bob Freitas Award, the Hillsboro Hops are known for their excellence in Minor League Baseball operations.
Requirements: Four years in a managerial role supervising at least five FTEs; operational experience in food and beverage preferred; high level of computer literacy; passion for hospitality, food, and retail; excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
