Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store servicing; Ability to travel for shows and sales meetings at least 3 times a year; Strong business acumen; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications and technology including computers, iPads, and social media platforms; Commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility for additional work; Strong time management and organization skills; Excellent communication skills; Pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
