Position: Cluster Sales & Events Manager-CMC Hotels
About: CMC Hotels is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to join their expanding portfolio of hotels owned and operated by CMC Hotels. With 11 NC Hotels offering upscale limited service, extended stay, and full-service accommodations, CMC Hotels prioritizes the growth and development of their team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences exceeding market expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; exceptional people skills with the ability to build trust and relations; ability to qualify potential clients and negotiate effectively while promoting hotel amenities; knowledge of food and beverage etiquette, service standards, and food preparation; hotel sales experience preferred; familiarity with CITY, MARSHA, LightSpeed, and/or Delphi systems a plus; previous brand experience with Marriott, Hyatt, or Hilton preferred; market knowledge of Cary/Raleigh RTP area advantageous; driven and goal-oriented; exceptional organizational and time management skills; college degree preferred.
