Position: Clubhouse Assistant, Boulder (Seasonal: December – March)
About: Rapha, a renowned cycling brand dedicated to inspiring the world to live a life by bike and fostering a culture of inclusion, is seeking a Clubhouse Assistant to join their inspiring meeting places for cyclists and fans of the sport. Rapha Clubhouses offer a retail space with the latest Rapha products, a great espresso bar, and a diverse program of live races, rides, and events, serving as a hub for the local chapter of the Rapha Cycling Club in vibrant cycling cities worldwide.
Requirements: Experience in a luxury retail environment; passionate about delivering legendary customer experiences; proven track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations; personable, friendly, and approachable communicator; ability to prioritize and demonstrate initiative; knowledge of the Rapha brand; willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; interest in cycling or active sports preferred; interest in coffee/barista training advantageous
