Position: Cleveland/Akron Travel Sous Chef (Full Time)
About: Arrow Senior Living, a collection of senior living communities offering varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care with 34 properties across 6 states: Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, and Arkansas, is seeking a Travel Sous Chef to join their team. Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; able to travel to multiple Arrow communities within assigned territory; at least three (3) years of experience in senior housing or related field (preferred, not required); demonstrated skills, knowledge, and competency in leadership, training, and supervision; proficient written and oral communication skills; completed formal culinary, food service, or restaurant training; possess current Adult First Aid card; comfortable creating, modifying, and printing documents using Microsoft Office; physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 50 pounds; able to work indoors and outdoors for events; must be criminally cleared.
