Requirements: Formal culinary training and two years of chef experience or equivalent kitchen experience; One year of leadership, managerial, or related experience; Basic math skills and accurate inventory counts ability; Positive attitude; Food and beverage knowledge or willingness to learn; Possession of or ability to obtain a food handlers permit; Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to stand for extended periods; Experience in high-volume settings preferred; Weekend availability; Passion for guest and team service
