Position: Chefs (Kitchen Managers)

Requirements: Formal culinary training and two years of chef experience or equivalent kitchen experience; one year of leadership or managerial experience; basic math skills and ability to conduct inventory counts accurately; positive attitude; strong food and beer knowledge or willingness to learn; possession of or ability to obtain a food handlers permit; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to stand for extended periods; experience in high-volume settings preferred; availability to work weekends; passion for excellent customer service and teamwork
