About: Riverside Health System in Newport News, Virginia is seeking a Sous Chef to work under the supervision of the Executive Chef/Director. This role is responsible for overseeing the culinary team, managing food service activities, and ensuring a safe and exceptional dining experience for patients, residents, and guests.
Requirements: Associates Degree in Culinary Arts required; 2 years of Food service management required; 5-6 years of Commercial food production management experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
