Requirements: Culinary degree or certification preferred; three to five years of related experience required; proficiency in menu development, purchasing, food production, customer service, catering, marketing, and administrative tasks; knowledge of food safety standards, budget management, and employee training; strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills; ServSafe Certification required
