Position: Chef Manager

About: Sodexo, a leading food services and facilities management company, is seeking a Chef Manager for Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport, CT. Bridgeport Hospital is part of Yale New Haven Health and has 501 licensed inpatient beds on two campuses. The Chef Manager will report to the Executive Chef III and oversee a team of approximately 20 union employees, responsible for day-to-day culinary operations at the location.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of management experience; strong culinary production background with safety and sanitation compliance; ability to prioritize tasks, drive employee success, and deliver high customer service levels; proficiency in computer skills and report management
