Position: Chef Manager
About: Metz Culinary Management is a rapidly growing company seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef Manager to lead our commercial kitchen and cafe operations. This role is ideal for an experienced Hospitality and Culinary Director looking to showcase their culinary expertise in menu design and overall food service operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years experience in a Food Service Manager role; trained Executive Chef; knowledgeable in Retail Sales and POS systems; experience in Catering Management; impeccable communication skills; thorough knowledge of menu implementation with creative presentation ideas; strong team-building and recruitment skills; technology savvy; Hospitality/Culinary Degree a strong plus
