About: Arella on Jones is a senior active living multi-family community in Cypress, TX seeking Chefs/Kitchen Managers with Cruise Ship or Resort Experience in multi-cuisines including American, Italian, Mexican, and Indian food for a partnership opportunity to provide dining services for apartment residents. The facility, opened in the Summer of 2021, offers a brand new build with onsite parking, staff breakroom, and various storage options. The pre-built kitchen is equipped with necessary amenities and certifications for commercial food preparation and wholesale, located at 12840 Jones Road, Cypress, Texas.
Requirements: All subtenants must be food manager certified; application and deposit required; liability insurance required; leases run in 6-month/1+ year terms and can be renewed; established entrepreneurial business for at least 1 year; basic knowledge of kitchen equipment handling and maintenance; responsible for cleaning and shared cleaning duties; access to kitchen between 4am-12pm; occupants share fiscal responsibility for damages.
