Position: Chef/Dining Manager Retreat Center
About: The College of the Holy Cross is seeking a Catering/Retreat Manager to join their team. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all retreats, catered events, and conferences at the Joyce Contemplative Center, as well as supporting Hogan Catering and other satellite locations as needed. The role involves supervising and directing culinary and banquet staff, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
Requirements: Bachelors of Science in Hotel Restaurant Management or related field; Five to ten years’ management experience in catered event planning execution; Proficient in customer service and interpersonal skills; Knowledge of event management systems, POS systems, and related event planning tools; Certified in Food Safety, AllerTrain, and TIPS
