Requirements: 1 or more years experience as a commis, chef, or related role; ability to work in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment; ability to work collaboratively in a team; ability to take direction well and adapt quickly to changing priorities; clear thinking and concentration under pressure; punctuality and adherence to dress code; commitment to work ethic
