Position: Chef De Partie
About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a motivated and skilled Chef de Partie to join their Prepared Foods team and drive culinary excellence and hospitality on the Retail Floor. This role involves expediting operational SOPs, maintaining merchandising standards, and leading core menu implementations for various culinary venues within the store. The Chef de Partie will work closely with store leadership and regional culinary teams to ensure top-notch food quality and customer experience at all times.
Requirements: Combined history (minimum 18 months) of professional hospitality/kitchen experience and culinary training; ability to teach and develop others; organized and systematic approach to work; excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills; passion for food; food safety certification; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong technology skills in Microsoft Office; consistent and punctual
