Position: Chef de Cuisine – University of Iowa Athletics
About: Aramark, a company serving millions of guests daily through food and facilities worldwide, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to support the University of Iowa Athletics. This position focuses on overseeing culinary operations, planning, preparing, and executing concessions and premium operations for games and special events.
Requirements: Culinary degree preferred or at least 3 years of related culinary leadership experience required in catering, special events, or high-volume settings; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport; excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs., ability to walk and stand for extended periods; availability to work event-based hours including evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays
