Position: Chef de Cuisine- Three Peaks Restaurant
About: The Three Peaks Restaurant, located at the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef de Cuisine to assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations. The role involves overseeing production, staff management, food ordering, and ensuring top-quality food preparation and efficient kitchen operations at all times.
Requirements: Culinary Arts degree or advanced culinary arts certification preferred; six (6) years of successful culinary leadership experience within the restaurant industry; casino experience preferred; demonstrated organizational skills, budgeting experience, and understanding of financial reports; impeccable service standards and attention to detail; ability to lead and motivate staff effectively; strong problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment; proficient in English, bilingual skills preferred
