Position: Chef de Cuisine I
About: Intermountain Health Park City Hospital in Park City, Utah is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef de Cuisine I to oversee food production within the facility. This role involves managing food quality, adherence to standards, and culinary team training in a healthcare foodservice environment with a focus on ensuring patient and customer expectations are met.
Requirements: Certification in Culinary Arts from an accredited institution; Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification; Three years of experience as Chef or Sous Chef; Business and financial skills in restaurant or healthcare foodservice industry; Creative recipe and menu development skills; Strong communication skills; Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications; Experience with food production applications; Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and public health standards
