Requirements: 5+ years of culinary experience; Demonstrated leadership and team building abilities; Full knowledge of sanitation and safety standards; Servsafe certification or ability to obtain one; Ability to provide on-the-job training; Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs; Minimum 5 years in high-volume restaurant setting; Minimum 3 years of management experience; Experience cooking various cuisines
