Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Proven track record as a Chef de Cuisine or in a similar role; Demonstrated ability to oversee kitchen operations, food preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and staff training; Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Knowledge of health and safety regulations; Financial acumen and experience managing food costs
