Position: Chef de Cuisine
About: The Homewood Campus of Hopkins Dining is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef de Cuisine to oversee the day-to-day culinary operations. The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with the Campus Executive Chef and Recipe Development Chef to maintain culinary standards and ensure high-quality food service for dining locations on the campus.
Requirements: Associate Degree or ACF CEC credentials equivalent; minimum 3 years of progressive culinary supervisory experience; knowledge of food hygiene regulations, HACCP, food allergies, intolerances, and special dietary needs; SERV Safe Manager Certification and Allertrain Certification required within 60 days of hire
