About: Harvest Table Culinary Group is seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee food operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Hospitality Director, focusing on providing diverse culinary solutions to meet customer expectations and maintaining service excellence standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-7 years’ executive-level culinary management experience required; minimum 2-3 years’ culinary management experience in a multi-unit setting required; knowledge of food safety and sanitation, food products, and food service equipment; ServSafe Certification; passion for food trends, flavors, innovation, and recipe development
