Position: Charlotte Kitchen Manager

About: Burial Beer Co is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the Back of House team at the Charlotte Taproom, overseeing daily operations including food preparation, supply ordering, shift scheduling, and inventory monitoring. The Taproom, known as the House of Relics, embodies the history of the property and its location in the historic Plaza Midwood neighborhood.

Requirements: 3+ years experience in a similar position; 21 years of age or older; in-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations; excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities; good communication and organizational skills; attention to detail; must have open availability
