Position: Certified Sous Chef Apprenticeship (24 Month)
About: The Broadmoor Culinary Apprenticeship Program is a two-year program dedicated to training chefs who have already received a fundamental culinary education. The program aims to provide real-world, practical knowledge and experience to develop emerging leaders in the industry and practitioners of professional cooking. Successful apprentices will graduate capable of working at any station in a five-star or five-diamond resort property worldwide.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or related field of study; proficiency in classical cooking fundamentals; experience in ACF sanctioned competitions; up-to-date ServSafe certification; adherence to Forbes and AAA standards; ability to adjust recipes according to business levels; thorough knowledge of hotel and kitchen policies and procedures
