Requirements: Must be a Certified Dietary Manager, long term care experience preferred; Minimum of two+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility; Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.; Must maintain current licensure as required by law; Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities; Reliable transportation required
