Position: Celebrity Services Manager
About: The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Celebrity Manager to uphold Brand Standards of Celebrity Service, manage a team of well-trained Celebrity Agents, and act as an Ambassador between the Events and Sales Team to promote effective cross-team communications. This position involves managing and coordinating daily activities of the celebrity services and concierge departments to ensure VIP guest satisfaction and accurate provision of hotel and area information, among other responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area. OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1-year experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
