Position: Catering Sales & Operations Manager
About: The Hillsboro Hops, a single-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, are based in Hillsboro, Oregon, approximately 15 miles west of Portland. They currently play at Hillsboro Ballpark and are constructing a new ballpark in partnership with the City of Hillsboro, set to open for the 2026 baseball season. The venue will host High A baseball games, concerts, and community events. With three Championship Titles since 2013 and the 2017 Bob Freitas Award, the Hops are recognized for their excellence in Minor League Baseball operations.
Requirements: 2+ years of upscale catering experience; Verifiable experience in buffet service, plated dinners for 300+ people, and social events; High level of computer literacy; Passion for hospitality, food, fun, and service; Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
