Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1 year of relevant experience in major cash handling, including processing transactions, managing cash reserves, and maintaining financial accuracy; Strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service, effectively handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues; Keen attention to detail in cash processing and transaction management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies; Excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with guests and colleagues, and clearly explain processes; Effective problem-solving abilities, managing complex cash handling situations and addressing guest concerns efficiently
